Build Quality – Flair pro 2
The main body of the Pro 2 is made of aluminum and stainless steel. The press stand, post and lever are quality grade aluminum. The brewing head is stainless steel, as is the spout and portafilter. The lever has a silicone rubber grip attached, for more comfort and control.

The Pro 2 has a pressure gauge has a zone dedicated to ideal espresso range between 6-9 BAR. You can check the pressure whilst you pull from the press. There are 3 brew ratios on offer. 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1. This means you have the exact dose needed.
Handmade Espresso shots
The Pro 2 is a hand operated espresso press. So it’s you that powers it. This means it’s completely manual. But the result is superb tasting coffee. Coffee is said to be as good as from the best cafes! You add 70ml of boiled water and up to 24g of grind to get a 56ml shot. The Crema is exceptional, as many reports suggest.
